Subscription Terms

When placing an order, customers may choose between the following purchase options:

• One-Time Purchase
• Subscription Purchase

Subscription Purchase is designed for customers who wish to use our products on a long-term basis. Customers who choose the subscription option can enjoy exclusive discounted pricing and will be automatically renewed according to the selected billing schedule until the subscription is canceled.

Please carefully review and understand these Subscription Terms before completing your order. If you do not wish to receive products on a recurring basis, please select the One-Time Purchase option and do not choose the Subscription Purchase option.

Subscription is completely optional. Dermynex does not require customers to subscribe, and customers are free to choose their preferred purchase method based on their needs. Dermynex will never create subscriptions, add products, or process any charges without customer confirmation and authorization.

If you choose the Subscription Purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription;
• Contacting our customer support team at support@dermynex.com.

If we receive a cancellation request before a subscription order has been shipped, we will make every effort to cancel the upcoming subscription order.

By selecting the Subscription Purchase option, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Subscription Terms and understand that your subscription will automatically renew according to the selected billing schedule until you cancel it.
