Subscription Terms

When placing an order, customers may choose between a One-time Purchase and a Subscription Purchase.

Subscription purchases receive discounted pricing and renew automatically according to the selected billing schedule until canceled.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by:

• Logging into their customer account and managing their subscription;
• Contacting us at support@dermynex.com.

If we receive a cancellation request before an order has been shipped, we will cancel the upcoming subscription order whenever possible.

Dermynex does not require customers to subscribe. Subscription is completely optional and chosen by the customer during checkout.
