If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

- Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or engraved crystals (e.g., personalized names or dates)
- Sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable wallpapers)

Approval:
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return address. -
Shipping:
Please pack items securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
- Refund Method: All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are covered by HealCrys unless otherwise specified.
4. Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will replace the item at no cost to you. Photo or video proof may be required. -
Wrong Item Shipped:
If you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item promptly.
5. International Returns
For international customers:
- HealCrys covers return shipping costs.
- Customs or duties for returned items may still apply, and customers are responsible for those fees.
- Original shipping fees (from our warehouse to you) are non-refundable.
6. Crystal Care & Natural Variations
All crystals are unique creations of nature.
Slight differences in color, shape, or pattern are natural and not considered defects.
Returns based solely on appearance differences from website photos will not be accepted unless the product is materially damaged or incorrect.
