Shipping Policy – Dermynex®

Thank you for choosing Dermynex®. We are committed to delivering our high-quality skincare products to your doorstep as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package has been handed over to our global logistics partners.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Timelines
We currently ship to the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and Mexico. Our products are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers to ensure global availability and fresh stock.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier volume.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 (USD).
- Orders under $35: A flat shipping fee or calculated rate will be applied at checkout based on your destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- For United States Customers: Orders under $800 are generally not subject to import duties.
- For Mexico Customers: Please be aware that your local customs office may require you to provide your RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) number to complete the clearance process. Any import duties, VAT, or administrative fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
- General: Dermynex® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Dermynex® is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Dermynex® is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact your local post office or carrier hub.
- If still missing, contact us at support@dermynex.com, and we will assist you in filing an inquiry with the carrier.
8. Delays & Service Interruptions
While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience.
