Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations If you have signed up for a recurring subscription, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can manage your subscriptions through your customer account portal or by contacting us at support@dermynex.com.
Pre-Order Cancellations For pre-order items, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been processed for shipment. Once the shipping process has started, the order will fall under our standard Refund Policy.
How to Cancel To initiate a cancellation, please:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" or "Order History" section.
- Select the option to cancel. Alternatively, email our support team with your order number, and we will process the cancellation for you.
